For 699 EUR, the RS3 takes pole position with the RaceChip Ultimate

Göppingen, 04.05.2016. The chip tuning experts from southern Germany have presented their latest show car, the RaceChip Audi RS3. The factory performance of 367 HP and 465 Nm was increased to 410 HP and 520 Nm thanks to the RaceChip Ultimate. The new longitudinal dynamics of the RS3 are teaching other sports cars the meaning of fear. To improve the transverse dynamics of the RS3, RaceChip has added firmer suspension from KW, lightweight performance wheels from OZ and sticky performance tyres from Michelin. Driving pleasure and power enhancement have been taken to a whole new level. Yet alone the performance enhancement gained from the engine tuning via auxiliary control unit, which is available online for 699 euros, places the RaceChip RS3 well out ahead of its factory-model brothers. The chip tuning of RS3 is specifically tailored to its engine and is the first of its kind to use digital and analogue sensor signals. RaceChip’s 10-member engineering team has developed a power bespoke suit for the 2.5 TFSI from Audi.

The RaceChip RS3 puts a smile on your face

With the current version of the 2.5 TFSI, Audi has brought to the market the first petrol engine that uses a combination of analogue and digital sensors. This posed a particular challenge to the development department of chip tuning manufacturer RaceChip. With the RaceChip RS3, our engineers are proud to present the first chip tuning technology that simultaneously regulates both digital and analogue sensors. Optically the show car’s wrap brings to mind the legendary Audi quattro. Under the bonnet is the iconic five-cylinder engine with the RaceChip

Ultimate, which boosts performance to 410 HP and 520 Nm (factory 367 HP and 465 Nm). To savour the power enhancement in all directions, the RaceChip RS3 features the KW Clubsport 3-way suspension and extremely lightweight OZ Ultraleggera HLT wheels (8.5×19 ET47). The Michelin Pilot Super Sport tyres provide perfect grip and add the finishing touch. The factory-model RS3 – certainly anything but sluggish – has taken a big leap forward with this performance enhancement, its all-wheel drive converting the extra power into thrust out of a standing start. An engine performance of more than 400 HP from a 2.5 TFSI engine – which Audi itself plans for the new TT RS with the same engine – thereby becomes reality for the proud RS3-owner who appreciates the true motor sport experience. The RaceChip Ultimate costs 699 euros and comes with RaceChip’s two-year engine warranty. The market leader in chip tuning continues to offer impressive performance enhancement at affordable prices.
